Roger Huaman, Peruvian International Business Consultant, Lima, Peru is a promoter of direct investments and tourism for Peru. Mr. Huaman efforts are to introduce the latest sustainable technologies along with small-to-large scale enterprises to invest in infrastructure and social impact projects creating employment for the Peruvian people.
The guiding vision of his work is to provide for sustainable access to renewable energy, water, wastewater treatment, food production, housing, and social infrastructure of schools, health clinics for at-risk communities. Such efforts are to provide access to state-of-the-art technologies and products in rural areas so such citizens are not compelled to migrate to already congested urban areas. This effort is to create new ‘green’ job and small scale businesses tying employment with higher living standards.
Another guiding principle is to support “Water Is Life” systems in rural areas. The emphasis is upon everyone in such communities with a special focus upon children. This will allow members of the next generations to grow in more verdant environments while increasing access to more and better quality of foods, both plants and animals. There is a special focus upon emphasizing more plant based foods which use less natural resources while providing increased nutrients within less space, investments, and water demands than animal based protein. Better management of local water, soil, and air resources protects the environmental generally while allowing for the cultivation and growth of food, fuel, and fiber sources for both domestic and international markets.
In 2007, then President of Peru “Alan Garcia”, invited Mr. Huaman to work with the Central Government creating a new Ministry for rural development with an official liaison office in Washington D.C. This effort was to promote investments and tourism between Peru and the United States. As a national opinion leader for Peru, he decided to keep his current status working from the private sector to enhance multiple flows of trade, investments, tourism, and educational opportunities for the entire Latin American region.
Genesis Water Technologies designs, manufactures and supplies integrated sustainable water treatment solutions focused on meeting their clients’ water quality challenges through innovation and collaboration. They work with industrial partners, government and non-governmental agencies, experienced civil engineering and contracting partners, and other specialized companies throughout the world that share their vision and values.
Genesis Water Technologies is involved in using solar photovoltaic power as an alternative energy technology that is being implemented to power their company’s water treatment solutions in various communities throughout the world. They utilize integrated solar tracking systems to track the sun to enhance power generation to maximize system operation over the entire solar day.
Genesis Water Technologies is also using renewable biogas or syngas as an alternative energy technology that is being implemented to power their water & wastewater treatment solutions in the future. This biogas or syngas as it is known, is a type of natural gas generated from the decomposition of organic waste through an anaerobic decomposition process or pyrolysis process.
In larger capacity community based sustainable water treatment solutions, they utilize a hybrid power generation approach. This approach utilizes both solar photovoltaic panels, biogas generation, and clean conventional generation backup power to keep capital cost reasonable, while efficiently generating power throughout the day with a low carbon footprint. Using these advanced renewable power technologies to power their water treatment solutions enables a cleaner environment for all people to live.
