“When in need foundation” is an organization that provide children clean water, food, medication which help them fight disease like malaria and basic remedies diarrhea and education. One of the biggest activity that “When in need foundation” did is called “The Mission of Mercy”, It is a global outreach program of the When In Need Foundation. The purpose and mission of assisting individuals in need with basic amenities, food, supplies, medical, healthcare, and educational resources globally. When In Need Foundation supports schools, orphanages, and hostels that assist those less fortunate around the world with necessary resources to function every day.

To be more specific , this foundation have devoted in water, poverty alleviation, education and medical program. For example, The objective of  project of medial mission is to test for Malaria, diarrhea high blood pressure and other ailments. Provide the women and children with medical treatment where necessary.  Educate them on. On the other hand, the impact of this medical mission is that they tested 600 women and children that were displaced from their homes due to the Boko Haram. The doctors also gave general exams addressing basic medical issues such as high blood pressure.  Food, clothing and other supplies were also given to the inhabitants of this camp.
